Photographic Naturescapes

My great passion for photography and of nature in particular can hopefully be identified with from the portfolio of images shown here.  I strive to bring back images that do more than simply record the scene or produce a portrait of the subject.  One of the essential attributes of a successful nature photographer is patience.  Often it is simply a matter of waiting for the right lighting, but when wildlife is to be included the decisive moment occurs when the subject is also doing something of interest.

Good fortune may play a part, but preparation, anticipation and patience are still essential ingredients.  Please take your time to explore the images you see here, they are updated periodically so please return as often as you wish.  If you have any comments or questions, I would appreciate hearing from you using the Contact Us page.
